Outline
In this in-person training geared towards non-attorneys, participants will first receive an overview of common immigration options for noncitizens with a focus on recent policy changes by the Trump and Biden administrations. Participants will also learn about the removal process and some of the forms of relief in immigration court, as well as how non-attorneys can help noncitizens who are facing deportation, especially noncitizens who come into contact with the criminal legal system.

Who can attend?
This training is FREE for non-profit immigration services providers, community organizers and their volunteers in the Central Valley.
