• Carven Hills 5K Run & Walk at Doraville’s H-Mart (Starts at 8:00 am)
  • Carver Hills, one of the many neighborhoods inside the city limits of Doraville, has a unique distinction of being a historical African American community. Join us to help raise funds for a plaque recognizing the importance of this neighborhood.

Monday, Sept 12: Economic Development

Tuesday, Sept 13:  Connecting Communities

• Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration at City Hall (Two sessions 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm) – Free Community Event  – Registration required
  • Presentation about the Mid Autumn Festival, the Lady on the Moon legend, and Moon Cake traditions
  • Tea Ceremony
  • Flower Arrangement
  • Calligraphy

Thursday, Sept 15: Government & Community Leadership    

• City of Doraville will join the City of Atlanta and the Consulate of Mexico in Atlanta for a Proclamation of Mexico Independence Day at the Atlanta City Hall   (By Invitation only)

Friday, Sept 16: Safe Communities

• Safety Palooza in partnership with Amerigroup, local non-profit organizations, Doraville Police, and Dekalb Fire Department will join to host this event
