Welcoming Week Australia Launch

This year will mark the 10th anniversary of the international Welcoming Week campaign and the first for Australia. We will be joining a global movement across six countries, hosting over 400 annual events. Welcoming Week is an opportunity for Australians to recognise and celebrate the people, places, and values that ensure everyone feels welcome and belongs in the local community, no matter where they come from. Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs will host the launch of Welcoming Week in Australia at Australian Parliament House in a demonstration of our shared commitment to building a welcoming and inclusive future, celebrating the places and spaces #WhereWeBelong:
