Sterling Heights Diversity Distinction Awards Dinner

The goal of this event is to increase appreciation of different cultures, and to honor those who have championed diversity in the city.

Tickets to this fund-raising event are available at a cost of $30 each. Proceeds from this event will be used to help fund the committee’s popular Sterling Heights Cultural Exchange slated for Friday, February 24, 2023.

Mr. Dawud Walid, Executive Director of the Michigan Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, will be our guest speaker discussing diversity and its importance in our society and daily lives. During the dinner, the committee will also honor individuals and businesses in the community with the Diversity Distinction Award.
