Salad Bowl: A Welcoming Week Event

Along with West Central Initiative, Greater Fergus Falls is hosting a national Welcoming Week event called “Salad Bowl.”
This potluck-styled event brings together underrepresented business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
The community can participate in a variety of ways:
*bring your favorite cultural dish or dessert to share
*entrepreneurs/retailers can display merchandise during the pop-up event
*demonstrate cultural music, art, or memorabilia to educate and share your culture with other attendees

Several local entrepreneurs will present their stories, pitch the business, and share ways that the community can better support entrepreneurship.
