The Borough of State College, Penn State Law Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, and the State College Area School District are pleased to present Refugees Are Welcome Here: A Community Conversation. This conversation will take place on Tuesday, September 13, at 5:30 p.m. in the Center for Equity and Global Leadership (CEGL) HUB at the State College Area High School.

Over the last year, the global and local response to multiple humanitarian crises has been profound. Hear from faith-based leaders, and representatives from the Borough of State College, State College Area School District and the Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic at Penn State Law about the ways our community has assisted or resettled immigrants and families from Afghanistan, Ukraine and around the world.
