Cultural Fair

Transport yourself around the world and form international friendships with your neighbors! JCPL’s Adult Learning Center invites you to:

• meet exchange students and Johnson County families who will share elements of their cultures and traditions
• sample international cuisine, listen to music and watch dance performances including the Burmese American Community Institute Dancers
• travel to a different country with virtual reality goggles
• make arts and crafts

When you arrive, pick up a Cultural Fair Passport. Get it stamped as you visit booths around the Library, and you will be entered to win an internationally-themed prize basket with a book and snacks to enjoy at home. This is a family-friendly event that all ages will enjoy. Drop in for a while or stay the entire time!
