Partnering with Polco on civic engagement

We are pleased to announce a partnership with Polco, an award-winning civic engagement platform to help our Welcoming Network members strengthen connections with residents on topics and issues important to their communities.

Through Polco, users access a database of surveys and polls to assess police services, resident satisfaction, business owner sentiments, and others that help make the case for welcoming policies in communities and benchmarking them to local, regional, and state cohorts. 

Among the surveys available, is the Community Equity and Inclusion Survey, which was developed in response to recent national calls for racial justice. Specifically, the survey helps local governments assess their community for inclusion by asking residents how welcoming, safe, and respected they feel in their communities. Read more about it here.
