Centro Hispano Comunitario de Nebraska works to foster intentional change for immigrant families, learners, and entrepreneurs through direct services, programming, and advocacy.

Solutions in Hometown Connections (SHC) works with refugees and immigrants in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Individuals and families receive support through the SHC’s network of mentors, tutors, and community groups to build confidence and promote independence.

The mission of H.O.P.E (Esperanza) is to foster and inspire awareness, understanding and appreciation of the Hispanic culture. To empower Hispanic youth and families to enhance health, overcome hardship, and promote an overall sense of belonging and well-being.

The Rural Women’s Health Project (RWHP) is the only health justice organization in North Florida and uses evidence-based strategies to build sustainable and replicable community programs and policies to strengthen communities’ capacity to overcome health and social justice barriers.
